$125 - Individual Player Registration
$500 - Team Registration (4 players)
$150 - Hole Sponsorship
$225 - 2 Holes Sponsorship

Players will receive:

• 18 Holes + Cart
• Free buffet dinner & raffle after golf outing
• Scramble tournament/team prizes 
• Access to longest drive/closet pin
