"Caring for Aging Family" will explore the full continuum of care options available to support aging adults and their families.  This presentation will help adult children understand how to navigate the care landscape as needs change over time.  This presentation will begin with the concept and aging in place, then move through key stages of support- including home health care, transitional and community services, assisted living, skilled nursing care and ultimately hospice and end-of-life services.
